This PluxX22 conversion board is designed to upgrade the Traxx2 range from Piko. With the help of this board, older locomotives can be converted to the current PluxX22 standard, making it suitable for both digital and analogue model railway enthusiasts. When used in conjunction with LED lighting, analogue model railway enthusiasts benefit from a constant brightness for the front and rear lights. Digital model railway enthusiasts also benefit from the ability to switch the rear lights and high beam independently of one another. Furthermore, it is still possible to dim the outputs to achieve high beam and dipped beam functions.
PluxX22 adapter board for Piko TRAXXThe circuit board offers the following features:
- The new replacement circuit board supports models with LEDs
- The circuit board has an extremely flat design, and the decoder is mounted upside down over the bogie
- Minimal mechanical modifications to the model are required for conversion. Two tabs need to be removed from a plastic component.
